I rarely look at the spam folder, for the most part wordpress handles the comments. The filter automatically publishes comments that aren't labeled spam. But yeah, that comment does sound pretty robotic. It's unlikely it was a human. Although, it's probaby not getting multiple comments with that same url or email.
