		<description>So, basically this is the difference between plain old &lt;a&gt;Utilitarianism&lt;/a&gt;, where the ends always justify the means, and &lt;a&gt;Rule  utilitarianism&lt;/a&gt;, where the act itself must be moral as well.</description>
